Buying healthy products isn't the same as healthy eating
When purchasing superfoods and supplements replaces a simple eating structure.

A substitute action in four steps
The situation
You buy protein powder, superfoods, supplements, specialty granolas, healthy snacks, and new cookbooks. Afterward, the kitchen looks like a site of transformation. But daily life isn't decided in the pantry; it's decided on the plate.
Why it is tempting
Products are tangible. They promise change without requiring you to do anything differently today. The purchase provides a sense of progress that arrives much faster than any new habit.
What it replaces
A simple, repeatable eating structure. Often, what's needed isn't the next specialty product, but three or four meals that are satiating, realistic, and work on a regular basis.
The next concrete step
Define one standard meal suitable for everyday life and prepare it for the next three days. Not perfect, not special, just repeatable.
Substitute actions are human. Noticing them is not a verdict — it is an invitation to try the smallest real action.
